We are Generation X. Moving into our 40’s, 50’s & 60’s.

As we enter the middle of our life, this event will work on where we are at, where we want to go and making a plan to move forward while taking care of ourselves.

Self love is so important but we get forgotten because we are always looking after everyone else!
